Sweet crepe can be served with fruits, whipped cream, maple syrup. It can be served in breakfast or as dessert.
I had this for the first time in Belgium. When I saw them for the first time I thought it was Dosa (south Indian Pancakes).
I personally love to have crepes with some Nutella spread. So today I will share with you my recipe.
Make 2 big size crepe.
So lets see what we need to make this yummy breakfast/dessert.
1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
a pinch of salt
1 tea spoon of sugar
butter to grease the pan
Mix all the ingredient and make a smooth batter.
Place a flat pan( use non-stick Only) on medium heat and apply some butter.
Now add some amount of batter and spread quickly as thin as possible.
Let it cook on medium flame 2 minutes or till that side turns golden brown.
Flip and cook on the other side.
Remove from the stove and place it on a plate.
Repeat the same process for rest of the batter.
Take the crepe and spread 1 table spoon of Nutella and then roll it. Dust some confectionary sugar and cut into 2 pieces. U will make 4 pieces. It was so yummy that I finished all 3, and this one is for my Husband but it is so tempting, I doubt It will stay till he reaches home.
