Banana and Vanilla Milkshake

Banana and vanilla milkshake sounds like a sweet treat. Milk is a rich source of calcium, potassium, phosphorous and magnesium and contains a little amount of vitamins. Banana contains a good amount of potassium which is essential for a healthy heart and improves the function of digestive system.

Its a complete breakfast in a glass specially for kids and Adults like me. Trust me its so yummy you have to try this once and you will definitely fall in love with this one.

Makes 2 glass

 Lets see the Ingredient:

1 large banana ( refrigerated over night)

1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

A pinch of cardamom powder

1-1/2 cup Milk (cold)

1/2 tea spoon of sugar

Method:

In a Blender add chopped banana,vanilla ice cream,sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder and 1/2 cup of milk and blend for 1 minute.

Now add 1 cup of milk and blend it again for 1 minute.

Serve it in a high ball glass.
