There are time when you just want to eat a piece of cake. This recipe is ideal when you don’t want to make dozen of cup cakes. It was fun baking and specially eating every bite of it. They are so cute.
Makes 2 cup cakes
1 small egg
3 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon melted butter room temperature
2 table spoon all purpose flour
1/4th tea spoon baking powder
1 table spoon coco powder
1 tea spoon vanilla essence.
Pre-heat the oven 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
whisk the egg and sugar together till its thick and pale yellow.
Add vanilla essence, butter, coco powder, baking powder and all purpose powder.
Grease 2 muffin tin with butter or line it with paper cups, pour the batter equally and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.
I frosted it with some Nutella spread. You can use any of your favorite frosting.
baking time may differ from oven to oven.
The batter is a little running consistency, that will make the cake moist and dense.
