Vegetable Noodle

It took me just 20 minutes from chopping till it was served in my plate. It was quick and colorful. This will make 2 servings.

Ingredient:

150 grams noodle

1 small size capsicum sliced

1/4th cup shredded cabbage

1 small size sliced carrot

1/2 table spoon green chillies

1 table spoon ginger chopped

1 table spoon garlic chopped

3 table spoon spring onion

1/4th cup chopped spring onion leaves

1/2 table spoon soya sauce

1 tea spoon vinegar

1/4th tea spoon Red Chile powder

1/2 tea spoon of black pepper powder

salt to taste

2 table spoon oil

Method:

Cook noodles in boiling water and then remove the excess water out using a strainer and then run some cold water over it.

Add a tea spoon of oil over the noodles.

Place a wok (kadhai) in high heat and then heat 2 table spoon of oil.

Add ginger, garlic and green chillies stir for few seconds and then chopped spring onions, and all the vegetable and stir for 1 min on high heat.

Then add red chilly powder, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper powder.

Add noodles and then stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Note:

Can add vegetable of your choice. Even scrambled eggs.
