Multi-colour Salad

By eating vegetable of a varieties of different colors, one can get the best health benefits. Each different color vegetables contains unique health components that are essential to our health.

Serves: 2-3


1/2 cup corn (boiled)

1/2 cup chopped capsicum

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (only the skin, not the seeds)

1 small onion chopped

4 black olive chopped

1 tea spoon olive oil

1 green chilly chopped

1 table spoon lemon juice

salt and pepper


In a pan heat the oil and add capsicum, corn, and carrot, stir for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.

Switch off the stove and then add tomatoes and onion black olive chopped.

Now add lemon juice, salt and pepper.


Add lemon, salt and pepper only when serving, as salt will cause osmosis and it will in turn result in making the vegetable soggy.
