Vegetarian Omelet (Besan ka Chilla)

I was a pure vegetarian before marriage and it is one of my favorite breakfast. I call it vegetable omelet since childhood but the actual name is Besan ka chilla. Traditionally it is like a spicy pan cake made from gram flour also known as chickpea flour. Personally I like to add a lots of vegetable in it to make it look colorful and it gives a very good flavor. Good breakfast recipe for vegetarians. Lets see how to make this  No egg’s Omelet or you can say No gluten Pan cake.
