Suji ka halwa is a Dessert made from semolina. Its very easy yet so difficult. All you have to do is be very careful with the mesurements. Its can be made by adding different flavors. Today we will make basic halwa.
1/2 cup semolina (rawa)
1/4th cup clarified butter (ghee)
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups saffron milk (hot)
3-4 table spoon of chopped dry nuts.
Dry roast the semolina with clarified butter in a pan till it turns golden brown.
Add sugar and milk and cook till the milk is completely evaporated.
Add nuts and serve warm.
You can use hot water instead of hot milk.
saffron milk is completely optional can use plain milk.
