Aloo Tikki is a very easy snack. Its can be quickly prepared with very few ingredients. There are many variation to it but today I made simple aloo tikki recipe.
Makes : 8
2 cups mashed potatoes.
3 green chillies finely chopped
1/4th tea spoon of garam masala powder
1 table spoon of Gram flour (besan)
salt to taste
2 table spoon of oil.
Apply some oil on the griller and heat it for a while.
Mix all the ingredients except for oil in a bowl and then divide the mixture in 8 equal portion.
Shape it round and then place it over the griller and grill it from both the sides till its turned golden brown.
