Masala Maggi Indian Dhaba Style

We all love to eat Maggi. Specially kids they demand to eat maggi very often. Its a staple food for bachelor’s and hostel students. They say that it takes 2 minutes but seriously I have never made maggi in 2 minutes. There are many flavors available in the market these days but I like to flavor my masala maggi with vegetables and spices. This will serve 2

Ingredients:

1 packet maggi.

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 cup sliced capsicum

1 medium size onion sliced

1 medium size chopped tomato

2 green chilies

a pinch of turmeric powder

1/4th tea spoon of coriander power

a pinch of garam masala powder

1 table spoon cream cheese

salt as per taste

2 cups water

1 table spoon oil.

Method:

Heat a table spoon of oil in a wide pan then add onion, stir it for a minute then add chilies, tomatoes, peas, capsicum and stir fry for a minute.

Now add the maggi masala, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, cream cheese and salt as per taste stir for few seconds and then add water.

Let the water come to a boil and then add maggi noodles and cook till the water is absorbed completely on high flame string constantly.

Note:

you can add more vegetables like carrot, beans etc
