Suji ka halwa is a sweet dessert made from semolina. I have already posted the basic recipe of suji ka halwa. Today I am posting suji ka halwa with banana flavor.
1/2 cup semolina (rawa)
1/4th cup clarified butter (ghee)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 banana chopped
2 cups milk (hot)
3-4 table spoon of chopped dry nuts.
Dry roast the semolina with clarified butter in a pan till it turns golden brown.
Add sugar, chopped banana and milk and cook till the milk is completely evaporated.
Add nuts and serve warm.
You can use hot water instead of hot milk.
To make it more rich in taste you can equal amount of clarified butter to equal amount of Semolina and sugar.
