I keep trying to cook same thing with different flavours and it’s really good to explore new variation isn’t it…?? Last time it tried lauki poori and today I Experimented with pumpkin. Luckily it was a good short. Loved it absolutely….!!!!
Serves: 15 pieces
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup shredded pumpkin (kaddu)
1/2 table spoon green chilly paste
salt as per taste
a pinch of turmeric powder
water fork needing the dough
oil for deep frying.
MIx all the Ingrediants together and add little water and knead a smooth dough.
Heat enough oil in a deep pan.
Take little dough at a time and roll in small circulars.
Deep fry them in hot oil and serve them with any of your favourite gravy.
